Data We Collect

• Contact information you submit via forms — name, email, phone, company, website and message
• Booking details when you schedule a call — calendar slot, time zone, any pre-call answers
• Job application data when you apply via the careers form — CV, portfolio, role-specific answers
• Website analytics via Google Analytics 4 — anonymized device, source, page views and events
• Marketing and analytics cookies, managed through our CookieYes consent banner
• Server logs needed for security and abuse prevention

How We Use Your Data

• Reply to enquiries and prepare proposals
• Schedule and run discovery and project calls
• Send relevant follow-ups about services you asked about
• Send our newsletter only if you explicitly opt in
• Measure how the site performs and improve user experience
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

Legal Basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (forms, newsletter, marketing cookies), our legitimate interest (replying to enquiries, security, basic analytics), and legal obligations (accounting, tax). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing and Subprocessors

We use trusted subprocessors to operate the site and our services — including Google (Workspace, Analytics, Ads), Supabase (database and auth), Resend (email), Calendly or Cal.com (scheduling), Cloudflare (CDN and security), and CookieYes (consent). All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements. We never sell your personal data.

Data Retention

Lead enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Booking and call notes are kept for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months. Job applications are kept up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Anonymized analytics is retained according to Google Analytics 4 defaults.
